Thanks guys - it was a lovely evening; breezy but not cold and a clear star littered sky. Walking by the river in the dark listening to the water, wind and wildlife was a real treat after staying in resting all day, and it went much better than I thought it would.

Tonights headtorcher was a tad windy. Out for 2 hours, a good run, good company. A great start to the Autumn/Winter runs

Some guys in my club are texting me to go hill reps training tonight (usual thursday night headtorcher) but I think I'll stay in with a bottle of wine. Decisions decisions! Advice please?

8 of us ooot and aboot Pensha Hill the neet.......bit blowy but great fun, 6 miles :thumbup:
5mile or so run out over Farnhill Moor followed by pork pies and Landlord in the White Lion. Utterly splendid way to spend a couple of hours!
