    What a great evening. She comes across as such a nice person, very funny, a great inspiration to both able and disabled people alike. What I found very interesting was that she said her goal was always for gold medals, and when she added up that the time spent on the track actually winning those medals equated to no more than 20mins over a career spanning 22 years.I came away thinking...I must train more
