Sod off Marvin. In answer to Hanneke, i have torn tibialis posterior tendon in my foot. Today have walked dogs twice by hopping in weighted rucksack, swam one mile and done 36 minutes 1-legged on turbo trainer, surprisingly hard work. Mission is to stay fit enough to attempt to win Cardington Cracker for 5th year in a row on Dec 4th. Can't start running properly til mid Nov though, but can start doing outdoor cycling from Oct 18th and reps on turbo. Have had groceries delivered though in concessionary gesture to difficulty of getting shopping up narrow spiral staircase with 2 crutches.

Thanks a bunch. I can't run at the moment either!
