    Versa Climber For Training?

    Hi All

Just picked up a versa climber (LX model), and think it will be a great piece of equipment to improve my training, getting stronger, fitter etc, just wondering if anyone else uses one to aid their training?

    Andy.

Had to google that to find out what it was, could be useful but never having used one it would be hard to comment. Give it a go and report back to us

I used to use one we had at work, but it was removed as it was underused (too tough) and under-maintained. Quite a tough machine to remain motivated about for a long period of time.

Thanks guys, I first used one a few years ago at the gym and got really into it and enjoyed it greatly, was tough but fun (if that makes sense) then the gym got rid, said it was too hard etc, anyhow I've always wanted one and have just got one and in great condition and for a great price, looking forward to hammering it out on it and really getting fitter once my ribs are better (had a slight accident), I'll report back, yay

    Cheers
    Andy.

I believe it will really help me in my quest to improve and get up to speed for certain events that I've got penciled in for the future.

yes that would be great for improving and maintaining form

a chap i see at the gym uses a similar apparatus, and he's a top ultra mountain runner/record holder.

try doing interval sessions on it....
