    Did you fall on the rocky stretch going down towards that ruined shooting lodge bit? Ouch!!!

    I kept doing this, once a bit close to stanage edge . It was always my right leg & happened more when I was tired. However I've since started some physio & he's detected a problem with my right glute, that it's very weak. I'm exercising like mad, so we'll see if I improve & stop tripping so much

    Interesting that our physios both diagnosed muscle weakness as a culprit.

    very near there yes (my running buddy said we could bail at any time but thats never really an option with me!)
