    Unhappy HELP food

    HELP please

Mug shot pasta snack cheese flavour 68g, 301kcal, 51.1g carbs (2.7 being sugars).

Cheese and onion Smash is 107g, 324 kcal, 68.1g carbs (4.6 being sugars)

Can't make head nor tail of the super noodles info :sneaky:

And I'm not sure I get the cous cous numbers either

So which do I go for? Which is the best calorie and carbs to weight ratio?

Take them all. You'll be glad you did.

And don't forget nutrigrain bars and instant custard for pudding. Versatile because the bars are great fuel for on the go too. The raisin ones go best with custard.

Mug shots are good, but ainsley harriot couscous has the great advantage that you can make it in the packet, saving on washing up and the need for a mug....

Yes it's for the OMM :w00t:

I've used cous cous, smash and tuna sachets before and they are all really easy to make up. I've also used the really expensive dried meals, yuck! My food always weighs too much so I'm trying to be as economical as possible with the weight without having to starve.

I been trying to wean off the gels and tried the RAB without (as I couldn't get any) I missed them badly.

I'm taking peanuts & raisins for pud, custard for brekkie.
Hill food will be lucozade energy gels, shot blocs and mmm mmm Tunnocks caramels, and maybe a marmite sarnie!

What's going on with the super noodles info? It doesn't make sense an if I have to eat that muck I want to be sure I've got the numbers right to justify the suffering!

Cous cous: Where did they get 130g from for a 100g serving? I'm sure the water you add must weigh much more than 30g.

As a side issue, is it possible to do a BGR on only gels and shot blocs and solid food at the crossings?
