Had breaky, then free food and tea at boundary mill, on way home had macDs and now loking for some cake to go with my brew... ah... tis a grand old sunshiny day eh.

Awesome pix with some brilliant action shots through the stream. Great one of me mincing through, thats after I consciously tried to look active and the one of Stolly with the orange kilt, well thats just a classic. Well done to the cameraman.

Wheels came off big time on the last two climbs. Nice weather and warm for a slow walk. Manage to get the legs going again on the gentle long descent from the trig ang got a few places back i lost on those climbs. Nice to meet some formites. I think I did around 3:41

Yeah you were going great guns past me on way up from Ogden Coulgh. Completely lost you, but got you back in my sights on last climb. Saw you sit and have a drink. Couldn't quite catch you though.

Lovely to meet you too Cheese. You certainly got me back on that very long and stoney track, it felt endless. I think you definiately have the potential to run that race faster now that you know the correct route! Very well done. Maybe see you again sometime.

Mrs Stagger: you wouldn't be Linda would you? In which case it was me you were running with. Believe me, it helped having you there as I was very kee n to ease off the pace on that last tarmac section. Think Cheese may have been on a different section with you.
