Go on, you know you can't resist a good recce. You must be owed a lot of flexi for all the extra hours you've put in recently.

Don't know yet how slow we will go, but obviously people don't need to do all 3 Peaks, suppose it depends on confident you are for the race. It's my first attempt, hence the recce!!!

    Qualifying for 3 peaks race

Hi just wondered how i could find out if races i have entered qualify me to enter the 3 peaks fell race?

I have only done the Yorkshireman half's (13 mile) in 2005 and 2006, Bronte way (8 mile) in 2006 and KIMM, OMM and LAMM's for last couple of years..

I'm guessing the mountain martahons don't qualify as they are not FRA events but not sure about the KCAC events as can't find any mention of what a "medium A" is etc.?

I need to have entered at least two different Medium A, Long A or Long B Fell Races...

If not anybody got any suggestions before March 21st of some i could do?
    Cheers
    Matt

Races up to the end of March are on the FRA web site here. Details of how races are classified are also on the web site here. If you join the FRA you will get the full calendar plus the magazine every 4 months.

Wadsworth Trog next week. Winter Hill as well. Noon Stone early March.
I don't think any of the races you have done qualify. Not sure about the Yorks HM though

Matty, You need to do 2 FRA qualified races:

2 Medium A classification races or
    2 Long B classification races.
