Chris. Envelope.
Anybody up for a training run tomorrow (Friday)? Thinking of doing a couple of peaks, W+I from Ribblehead.
Time to suit before 3.00pm as I have a date with a few pints of carbs at 7.30!!
Sent my entry off yesterday hopefully I'm not going to miss out like I did at edale
Is anyone considering doing a recce on Sunday 5th March? If I can get the day clear, I'm looking at starting from Horton about 10-10:30.
Sorry, I did mean the 4th.
I'm looking at doing all of it. I have walked in the area a few times in the past couple of years but I'm a little unsure of some parts of the route.

All being well I'll be free on the 4th March for a slow trot round the route. Are you still thinking of coming up this way? Anyone else??
On second thoughts I'd miss out Penyghent since the route will be marked and the field will still be together at that stage.

I won't be able to come up on Sunday as I need to get back to Essex by 4pm. It's a shame as it's the only decent chance I could get before the race.

Could someone briefly describe the route betwen PYG and Ribblehead? I can't seem to get the map that ws posted earlier to work.
Also, is this one you have to do a recce for, do you reckon?
