I must get out tomorrow though. There is nothing better than getting to the pub with that smug "I deserve this" feeling. We have a 3 course meal booked with some good friends and family - I SHALL get my money's worth by making sure I am hungry and derserving!

Exactly what I'll be doing. I'm working on a pint for every mile I run tomorrow and I;m planning a 3 hour run.

Like everyone I look forward to post run/race treats - but to avoid becoming too lardy, at times we should be thinking: " I am going to treat myself ........ by NOT having this - or having rather less of it ".
