Jet setting lifestyle = too much time for eating and not enough time for running DT??
I have no such excuse, and I could do with putting half a stone (at least) in the lost section.
I have this belief that there is only so much fat in the world, and it is shared up amongst us all - whenever I put on weight someone else seems to lose it and vice versa Maybe it is actually put on through absorbtion?

Me too...I have not ran for 3 weeks and am getting uncomfortably lardy! We need to run lots more DT then we can scoff whatever we want and stay svelt! :thumbup:
