    That's tough stuff

    If I was there I would help if I could. I hope you get some time and manage to get out soon.

    I have been known to resort to 4 a.m. running when everyone else is sleeping in times when I've been stuck. It was very very spooky and not to be recommended unless you think you're in a good safe area! I turned my head torch off as I was more scared of being spotted and tracked down than I was from falling over

    Two and a quarter pounds of jam makes a kilogram (do keep up at the back).

    It must be the same for lard. That's alot of Yorkshire pudding if you can extract it. Lardosuction perhaps?
