Cold nose

I get a cold nose when I run in winter and have tried using a ballack lever but it gets all soggy when I breathe out. How can I keep my nose warm without having to hold my breath?

Have you tried a strip of tenacious tape? It is waterproof, breathable and won't come off for ages?

I find running backwards helps.

If i put it on back to front visibility is reduced and the back of my head gets cold.

Try cotton wool up your nose
