I think I have caught it.

Knee has been killing me today getting worse all day, I was in agony by the time I got back from walking home from work (about a mile) just because i have bloody entered the nottingham half marathon today

hope you are ok too daz and also hope this bad knee syndrome does not spread any further

in a way i am glad that my knee hurts this week when I am complketely bogged down in getting this bloody assignment done, so at least I have 2 reasons not to run at the same time.

fingers crossed our knees are better by the weekend

I've got a bad right knee too, and I don't know why - can't believe it has anything to do with running, most likely from when I fell over on the pavement in Llandovery
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.

Can I join the bad knee group too. My right knee has been giving me greif ever since the 3P's initially I'd bruised my cartliage but also have ITB problems can run a whole mile and a half then have to stop. I'm on a week of rest and plenty of stretching and physio stuff fun fun fun
