Calf's bad knee

I've got a bad knee. Fell over on my way down to Errwood Hall from Shining Tor yesterday.
Probably shouldn't have carried on for a further 2 hours around the Goyt Valley.
Resting today and taking ibuprofen. Hope it will be ok for Tockholes on Saturday and Peak Forest Sunday.

Can I join the bad knee group too. My right knee has been giving me greif ever since the 3P's initially I'd bruised my cartliage but also have ITB problems can run a whole mile and a half then have to stop. I'm on a week of rest and plenty of stretching and physio stuff fun fun fun

Detritus21, having had problems with my ITB too, may I recommend the Cho-pat Dual Knee Support or something similar. Since getting this I have been able to run again pain free!
