    Wrekin Wrecker

Really looking forward to this next weekend, not raced since Feb in Long Mynd valleys, due to injury, family commitments and a load of other stuff. Will be great just to get out and get muddy and knackered.
    Anyone else doing it?

Just enjoying Peter Douglas' video of the "scree descent" from last years Wrekin Wrecker. There's more than one way to descend a slope
    No country for old men.

see ya up there, I'll be marshalling again somewhere. Must remember to bring enough warm and dry clothing this year Done the wrekin a bit to death recently. Loads and loads of fallen leaves covering things, as you might expect - but it's not too muddy so should be a good 'un.

I'll be doing it again this year. Not done much running in the last few weeks and we're out late the night before so not expecting too much in the way of a fast time.

Great race with all different sorts of terrain.

Excellent race today: a tough route but in really benign conditions (although I wouldn't have been wanting to stand at the top marshalling for an hour and some). Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thanks to all involved.
