    No offence to you Ian or the shop BUT I find this such an odd concept, surely in these days of equality Ladies only occasions are just encouraging inequality,

    Bit like “womens hour” on radio 4 – surely this should have been axed 15 years ago.

    Understand this point but it's still a very real thing - there is a ladies only club near us that has about 80 members. Its not that there aren't other options available to them, just that they prefer to run in a ladies-only group, the Smiley Paces. We've had a few ladies through the door at Porter Valley that have got wind of them and switched over (In the Porter Valley group itself there is a rough 50/50 split of ladies and gents) so there must be a 'market' for it, however outdated the concept might seem to some. (Incidentally the Smiley Paces are a very well run club by our very own Forumite, Mozzy)

    And to be fair, I don't think there would be many takers amongst the gents for a talk on sports bra fittings...

    ...well, possibly the fitting bit...:w00t:

    Women's hour on the other hand...
