Any results yet?
They'll be on the Helm website later on this week Watto.
Paul Dugdale won the mens, followed by Alastair Dunn, Mark Addison and Tim Austin. Natalie White won the ladies. The only other race I saw was the under 17s where Joss Addison and Melanie Hyder won.
We're having a different organiser of each race this year for which I'm most grateful, so I've told them not to rush with the results on the Sunday night after the race. There's enough to do on the day without results too. I thank you all for your patience.
Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.
Hello stick did you have a good run. Burnley played well! for a change Were there a lot running? what posistion did chris come do you know?
Whatcha Watto. Good, glad they put up a good showing!
Yeah, must have been 50'odd in the seniors (...though you know how good I am wi'numbers!).

Hey Watto! Dotto!
"I am not a number! I am a free man!"
Watto, You should get a chance to see how chris is going next sunday at Firbank. He kept your daftness up by running in just his vest and it was bloody cold. Think he ran quite well but didnt beat Borat jnr.
Just checked the photo Grifter...yes...it's rather an uncanny likeness

Shame about the two guys who decided to climb the wall rather than go through the gap in the wall whilst I was queueing to get through. Its a nice wall that. They can't have been local surely.
