    "Interesting" turbo sessions?

    A contradiction in terms I know.

    I end up using the turbo trainer a bit over winter and would welcome any ideas for interesting sessions. A typical session for me would be an hour of 5 min spinning, then knock it up a couple of notches and climb out of the saddle for the next 5. Repeat 6 times. Yawn!

    Back in a hour. I'm off to the garage.

    Latest 220 mag has a free turbo session DVD in it. I noticed it yesterday but cant tell you if it is any good, I bought a different mag because I haven't got a turbo!

    www.thesufferfest.com. Good value downloads. Can't turbo without them now - I play them on the laptop in the garage. On-screen rebukes to your masculinity are quite effective, I find.

    Hi. I ve been using http://turbotraining.co.uk while unable to run due to injury. It has a few different workouts and it scrolls through and counts down your intervals etc. You can also input how far you travelled and compare with others.
    Anything that makes a turbo session drag less has got to be good...

    I've seen this widely recommended on the bikeradar fourm.

    I've been bashing the gym bike last few weeks - sheer bloody pain it is. Gimme hill reps any day.

    Harry, I've put some sessions up on another thread. You may be able to adapt them to make them "interesting";

    I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.

    Cheers for that. They look good. Last time I tried a cadence of 120 mind you I fell off!
