    What a night never stopped raining well until i finished the race anyway

    not sure of my posistion yet but got 16.51 on my watch not bad considering the conditions & the fact it was my 3rd race this week

    Well done Saints Lad.

    I clocked 18:26 which isn't very good but the best I can manage at the moment.

    For some reason I have metamorphosed into a vet 50 in the results whereas in fact I am a sprightly 47

    Found the off-road bit quite relaxing and made up ground there. When I finished it looked like I'd done a XC race.

    Will be at the Lymm 5K next weekend, are you doing that?

    well done AP yeah looked as though been doing cross country myself just glad i did'nt slip on the grass section

    I've looked at that lymm one i may do it not too sure yet

    I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that the Lymm race was devised by my club (Spectrum Striders) and is probably the course on which you are least likely to do a 5K PB. Essentially the first half is downhill and the second half is uphill.

    Any road up, it still provides a good work-out and is somewhat better than Saturday afternoon shopping

    think i've done it before AP couple of years ago can't remember what time i ran though

    do you register in a little primary school
