    Just a quick note to say the Hobblihike starts and finishes at the Community Centre in Haworth. (See entry form )

    I've just had a couple of phone calls from late entrants who would have gone to Westfield Lodge (anything to shave a few miles, I suppose!)

    now carbo load,does custard creams dipped in a pint pot of tea count?
    should i go to bed now to build up my reserves or take the dogs out,or both.
    think i will have some porridge for breakfast with loads of honey,favorite pre race food.
    after the run, guinness and corn beef hash followed by jam roly poly pudding
    inov8 and a new pair of socks,tracksters or tights,or even shorts?
    balaclava or pom pom?
    helly or tshirt?

    Daz make sure you don't get hurt tonight skiing, it's along wat to run with a pot on
