Had a real coffee by accident a few years ago; could feel the caffeine slowly circulating in the blood stream and pulse went crakers.

i know its not a solution to a bigger problem but nightime covonia is a quick fix to a good nites sleep for me , obviously not to be reccomended for a full time cure but it does what it says on the tin allthough can leave you a bit groggy the day after
