Curiosity is getting the better of me whilst I wait for a session with the physio!
I've developed a knee pain that is seated at the lumpy low part of my knee cap. I think its the point of origin of the patella tendon. Doesn't hurt before/whilst running and only sets in some minutes after stopping. No swelling evident. I've been icing it post run to reduce the soreness.
I was wondering what I have done, why and what stretches/exercises I'm going to get told to do? Any advice??
