Cancelled my gym memebrship! missing it now so signed back up today , cant wait till it sorted out. get back on the rower
6 mile run last night followed by a weight session for 1/2 an hour.
Today though we got smashed in PT on an Abs circuit... The 1000 Abs challenge

followed by a 400m run

Twice? Well we did the said circuit 10 times, hence 1000 ab exercises completed.
Am definitely aware of my stomach area at the moment

Loads of great food for running but it is no good for weight watching.
