45-min spin - 'ramping intervals': 7min no-too-hard, 1-min rest; 6-min hardish, 1-min rest; 5-min harder, 1-min rest; etc down to last 1-min all-out effort. Was too knackered in the legs to get anywhere near MHR unfortunately...
Felt well scooped out after that. 3m runs either end to get there and back too ...

tonight,for the first time in 30 years, I'm picking up a rugby ball at the 5 a side indoor touch rugby tournament.
If all goes well I am signing on at East Leeds ARLFC for their masters ( 35YRS and over) team !!
