After 6 consecutive days running for first time in years today was a 'rest' day so an easy gym session - 25 mins bike/21 mins cross-trainer/various abs and arm stations/10 mins stretches & pilates exercises.

Stairs session - 180 flights - 90x2 - 60 walking with a 30lb pack, 120 running without. Then a well earned Fentiman's gingerbeer!
