We were certainly celebrating last night- British Champions, open team and vets and English Champions, open team and vets plus Individual British Champ,British Bronze Vet 40 , English Bronze V45, Fantasy Fellrunning Cup Winner, BS League winner and my lovely wife has Bronze in the British and English Champs. I am of the understanding that 1 substitution means one person, or does 1 substitution means mean a group substitution?
