Hi all

I don't post much, mostly a lurker but I'm after any help I can get. I'm planning to run the South Wales Traverse on Saturday 28th May (the bank holiday weekend) starting at dawn, running in the normal west to east direction. I am aiming to run 22 hours (but that may change depending on how the training goes). Haven't finalised anything yet but all help will be very highly appreciated - and also reciprocated on your future challenges.
I've let myself slip these last few years but getting back to my best - not that that's much to shout about :-). Training is going well and I'm feeling confident and I've committed to it 100%. I have my focus and won't back out now. So if any one is able to help me out running with me, stage start/end support or anything else I would be in your debt.
