    Whw Race

    Hi there are any of the FRA forum taking part in this years West Highland Way race June 23rd.
    If no-one's sure about this race have a look at the web site www.westhighlandwayrace.org

    Here's an old thread! Who here has got an entry for 2019 and/or has done the race in recent years and has any helpful or interesting advice or tips to share?

    2020 or 2019 ?
    I'm in both the Fling and the Devil next year so covering the whole route, but over 2 separate races.

    Already know the course pretty well ( especially 2nd half ) so may be able to answer any route queries, but not how to keep going after 70 or 80 or 90 miles :-)
