25miles (no shorter) with about 4000ft of climb.

this is info chris b gave, sounds a fair enough climb and distance, and a good 3 peaks training run, if i remember rightly its a fair climb up from bolton abbey to the top, rocking hall, i think.

ive also been told theres hardly any road running involved, which is good news.

im sending my form off this afternoon.
