Any recommendations for trail shoes?.
Looking for something that can offer a bit more grip on sections of mud and wet tracks but will also give more cushioning on tarmac and stoney tracks.
Ta muchly.

I like my Kanadia, (don't like my Puma Nightfox).
I like InOV8 315s

Loads to choose from, depending on which brand fit your feet, and whether you want more grip, or more cushioning.
Two that I would suggest as a good all-round options are Salomon Speedcross 3 and Inov-8 Roclite 315, but sure that others will have many other suggestions
Kanadia are a great option and a third of the price of some of the other options if sourced wisely  Sadly they're slightly narrow for me

I have used Mizuno wave harriers, rocklites and speedcross, all good shoes but have settled on the mizunos
Thanks for the replies so far.
I'm not familar with Kanadia. What they about???/
Not sure about Inov8's. Very expensive and previous pairs of fell shoe have given me blisters on the heel for a while. Have they sorted that problem out?
I already use Mizuno Wave Harriers for multi terrain but would like something a bit more cushioned when it's more trail than fell.

Just be careful not to buy the version 2 (Start fitness still seem to have them, along with 3 & 4). I had two pairs and all four shoes split on both sides very quickly. The problem has been fixed in version 3 and I've done over 100 miles in mine and they look as good as new.
