I'm holding out for a trip to the much loved Lakeland Spice.

I have a hang over right now. I've not run since Saturday, have eaten too much today and have squeezed into a pair of summer trousers that were much too tight until recently.....my tummy is hanging over the waistband

I remember doing 12 pints of lytham IPA and that certainly gave me a hangover!

Well done for remebering that! I would have been a mess had I drunk 12 pints of 5.6% and that's why I usually stick to a low alcohol ale when on a session. Having said that, I vaguely remember doing the odd Old Peculier session in the past and that must have given me a hangover!
