    Welsh Castles relays

    Any one doing it?
I've done it once before and really enjoyed it.
Not so sure i'l enjoy it that much this time cos i'm on a mountain leg and it looks like the first six miles is a constant uphill.

I'm doing it, my favourite race of the year!

After death by leg 11 last year, this year I'm pleased to be on leg 15. Downhill all the way, but probably fast...

I'm in our team but I'm not sure if I'll be running yet. Haven't been able to train for more than a mile and a half sice the 3P's which isn't what you want. Unless my knee has a major change in fortune in the next week I won't be running

Will be there with TeamBath AC, not yet sure if i'm running (if I am, we're desparate!) or just minibus driving / supporting, either way it should be a great weekend.

My club has been associated with this for many years, and I feel by now that I've run the vast majority of legs, all of them different but all challenging - Dolgellau to Dinas Mawddwy being one of the worst, and the slog up to Beacons Resevoir/Storey Arms!

Anyway, hope all involved have a great time, and that D21 recovers to be able to take part.

Bummer, i;ve been given that leg... It's because i like hills apparently.

Team Tattenhall are there for the first time. We've got runners of all abilities in our team and we're doing it for a bit of a laugh, as well part of our club's 25th anniversary celebreations.

Looking forward to it no end, should be a great laugh

Jerry's doing a leg for Thames (oops not sure which one). Always a good social weekend (so he says!). Not sure whether we're all going yet or not.

It is a great laugh, fantastic, esp. if the weather is fine!

Leg 7 - yes the hills are v.tough, but the downhills are worse!!

WCR leg 1 - if I can get over this chest infection in time.
done several others, including leg 7 (Dolgellau - Dinas) 3 or 4 times. As Fellhell sez save a bit for the downhill, those last couple of miles seem a lot,lot longer than they actually are. Nice pub at the finish tho
    Brilliant atmosphere, great event.
