Im talking about either pushing hard, or running further than im used to.
It usually happens a few hours after my run and i cant figure out why.
My stomach feels like ive got the trots - but i havent, its hard to explain really...and generally feel not too wondeful.....i'll fill you all in on Sunday night after the Roaches if i feel dodgy.
Does anyone else ever feel a bit dodgy after they've had a hard (ish) run.
