    Lost Mountain Bike on Bleaklow

Yes you read correctly, If any one goes for a run over bleaklow and finds a Mountain bike can you either retreive it or hide it and send me a grid ref.. It was abandoned last night by a missing person. The rider was located well if a little cold at around 3.00am but by then he had left his bike to try and walk off.
We'd just like to return his bike to him.

    Many Thanks.

Her was unclear where he left it but given his location when we found him some where above John Track well?? I Imagine he was on the PW at some point.

Is there anywhere you can legaly cycle on Bleaklow? If not then I hope he got his knuckles wrapped and his bike confiscated.

not really that I can think of. There were a couple of bike tracks down the PW, which is a footpath.
I was thinking much the same thing as you...

As Far as I know the only Bridleway or legal cycle-route is Doctors Gate. From there you have to use the road to get down to Hagg farm to take you over to ladybower etc.
