In the womens I expect it'll be you, Andrea and Sarah.
Of the blokes, surely just select the Slovenia team. If Math Roberts gets selected ahead of me despite not beating me in a meaningful race in months I'm doing an Andy Cole, retiring from Internationals because of a lack of opportunities and handing in my fest goch...
Teams won't be announced until Sunday, think they'll be posted on BBC wales sports webpage.

looks like Siabod is the last chance to impress the selectors.though i think they should have anounced the team weeks ago to let the runners prepare properly for it
Great race at Siabod today, very tough in the heat!! Good battle with on form brothers Andres and Felipe Jones. Felipe won today in a high 47min / low 48 min time, I was 2nd in 48:39 not sure what happned to Andres he suffered on the descent a bit I think.
Selections?? I dont know??? wait and see now. I've done what was asked of me by W/A and raced ALL the "selection races" Moelwyn (1st) Cader (6th but 4 min faster than last year and 2nd welsh finisher) Moel y Gamelin (2nd) and Siabod today 2nd, and form is good.
True though the team was selected 4 weeks ago, this time last year!! seems crazy that we had to hammer our selves today to impress the selectors!! and there was so much emphasis on runners not over-racing 4 weeks pre the world champs in Slovenia, and we had to do this today!!!!!!!!!!! I havn't rested since the Worlds in Slovenia and felt quite tired today to be honest but great race though :-) :-)
At the end of the day I do fell running because I love the sport and the friendlyness of the people that do the same thing. :-) :-)
