Good effort Splatcher - you certainly hit lucky with the weather.
Looking forward to reading more details.

Hills and Guinness!
Hi Andy
Hope that you are feeling OK. You were going really well all along the last leg. Sheila, Alan and I enjoyed the afternoon. Your pace got to Alan on the last two hills but as a V65 he will have a lot more time available on his attempt.
Once again well done on your completion and it was a pleasure to be able to assist.
Well done Andy, what a fantastic day you had for it
Bill
Great stuff Andy - sounds like everything went really well

That picture just says it all Andy! Fabulous fabulous fabulous-I am so pleased and envious and look forward to my own JNC in 9.5 years! Well done on your completion-can I book you in to help with mine please?
I hope to see/run with you soon-I quite fancy that Calder way solo thingy???
Rachel
ps do you remember late December 2010 when we reccied the Howarth Hobble with Mountain Man and you had just embarked on your "get fit for the JNC " regime? It was all worth it wasn't it?
Thanks Rach!
If I'm up to running at the same pace when I'm 66 then you're on. I suspect I may not be though :w00t:
I'm on holiday until 14 August, then I'll be planning the Calderdale Way run - i.e. bagging up mint cake & deciding a start time. I'll be in touch then.
Do I remember that day? 31 December 2010 was the first run of my get fit campaign from a pretty low level. You lot ran me into the ground. And yes, it was worth it, every tortured step up Crimsworth Dean.
