    Fantastic day out with good friends who looked after me all the way. No time pressure on the final leg so we could all enjoy the day and then the handshake from Joss. What more could I have wished for!

    Well done Peter - delighted for you. Sorry I couldn't be there to help, after you gave me so much help on mine the other year. 2 excuses: (1) I've just had 4 months with no running due to a stress fracture, & (2) I didn't know you were having a go. Catch up some time.
