Course measures 4.96 miles with 350ft of climb, so for you speed demons its there for the taking....

Some pretty quick road runners expected at this race both male and female, i'm not sure the fell lads and lassies would be able to compete:w00t:
Still £100 isn't a bad half hours hard graft to the right person if they are upto it !!! :thumbup:
