I'm trying to find an OL1 on a single side and laminated so that I can stick it on a wall.
I know I could buy 2 double sided and attach them together, I also know I could go to the OS site and pay through the nose for a "specific map with a centre point wherever I want it".
I swear that they used to make this map single sided and laminated. Am I going mental?
Does anyone know where I can actually get one for a decent price?

Tho old OL1 used to be single sided but it only had the central bit on it if that makes sense, they expanded the area and in doing so had to make it double sided.Originally Posted by zephr

just checked my (Many) Dark Peak maps and you are looking for a 1983 version!! Every map from 1991(next reprint and update) I have are the double sided.
Just so you know the map covered the area from as far west as Hollingworth 00000 line to the furthest East at Langsett cross road as it was then on the 20000 line. making the map coverage just 20km wide!

is there any way I can get a non-creased version of the current laminated map? Can you buy non-folded ones?!
I think you can get them rolled up! check out the OS website
I think these people http://www.aqua3.com/ do flat laminated maps.

Yeah OS can make you a unfolded map with any chosen centre, well did do recently anyways!
