    Accomodation booked (3 nights in a cottage in Denbigh) ....Get in there!!!

    All i've got to do now is stay off the beer on the Friday night and decide if it's the tormentous 10k or the nightmare 14 miler on the Saturday.

    Its the 14 miler JP. No reason not to get out training morning, noon and night now school is out!!!! You can it!!!!!

    Sorry Danbert - as I know I won't have sufficient mileage in my legs by then decided if I'm racing on that day will be at NOURH's bash at Darwen.

    What a weekend. Not nice camping weather but great for running. The ploughed field was horrible.

    I thought some of the Stourbridge lads would enjoy the "camping" no matter what the weather!
