    Is this a Cumberland FR race?
    I think it would really help us all if they put the checkpoint grid refs on their website.
    Or are they somewhere else already?

    Am I related to you , I'm feeling slightly intimidated here.

    I'm planning on using Ady from Accringtons map, will this pass on race day?

    Just watch the drop off St Sunday Cragg as noted earlier in post, apart from that the route is pretty sound. Enjoy it - I will be in work!

    Wierd day last year pal, it was raining and blowing a gale but warm as well.

    I'm fine mate,went for my first run in a long while yesterday,just a nice easy 4 miler but my legs feel like i did after skiddaw last year,i have work to do but give me a few months and i'll be back up to fitness again,going to have a good season next year

    have a good run tommorow mate,enjoy yourself,i'd love to be there
