    I ran an AM in the Lakes once, where the organiser specified a jacket potato, but I stuck a tin of beans and a block of cheese in my bum bag too just to be safe.

    Buff- some times at the discretion of the RO
    Trackster- Absolutely Not, besides the fashion check would pull you up for wearing tracksters....But that's another thread.
