FRA rules for safety and stuff

I have a look at the list of what i have to carry in a race and i wonder how on earth it fits into some runners bumbags that seem to be about 9 inch square ?. Can anybody recommend bumbags waterproof tops and bottoms and hats and gloves that will help me have a 9 inch square load as i just can't figure it out. some people don't bend the rules do they ?.
They called me mad and i called them mad and damn them they outvoted me !!!.

pop into one of the outdoor shops near to where you live and look at there waterproof kit,
    loads of lightweight gear,
    or the various web sites.
in mine i have top, bottoms balaclava, mitts, space blanket, compass, whistle, gels(dependant on miles of race)and a couple of plasters.
it all packs down very well and is of no weight.

those who bend the rules are cheating, end of.

plus the kit is not always for yourself,it could save one of your fellow runners lives.

Insider, sorry you cant race today.
You have failed IDPs kit check. Todays race requires full waterproof cover not windproof /water resistant.:w00t:

In the interests of balance and fair play i would like to declare that i do not own a single item of iNOV8 "gear"....i was momentarily interested in the so-called bare grip no shoe, shoe until i saw the hilarious price tag....nothing minimalist about that.
