What a bumbag Hes! Bloody Hell.

Mine...Montaine H2o Waterproof Jkt, cheap waterproof trousers, space blanket, whistle, compass, Haribo sweets, cereal bar,map of race, hair bobble, phone.
Long races I switch to a Salomon Raid Revo ruc and carry water and a few more sweets!

I am going to start carrying a first aid kit because at one of my long races a lady fell quite badly in front of me and I realised I had nothing in my bumbag that was of any use to help her...not even tissues. What an idiot, it made me think why on earth I was carrying it!

If its say Wasdale type race/run OMM kamleika maybe waterproof pants depends on Weather really,bottle,food,map,compass and whistle if its winter and cold will throw in a fleece hat and gloves all fits in ok in OMM bum bag the one with bottle holder

....and to put it in perspective, if I run from home, I invariably carry only my front door key.

Swiss Army knife.
Small roll of zinc oxide tape.
