hi all still looking for a pair of trail shoes (been using my road shoes as ive been running hard pack trails) but looking at more muddy stuff! anyone use these or would a pair of wash spirit lite's be better??

Trail? I'd go for the Adidas Kanadia. I'd say Swoops were more a proper fell alternative.

I'd suggest you go to a decent running shop without any preconceived ideas and see what's most comfortable and has the best fit

Got to agree with DT. You can't choose a shoe over the net. They need to be tried on.

Quality doesnt cost, it pays
Not as expensive as Karhus, or Salomons!
Swoop 2 cheap as chips at the moment, good on wet grass and mud, diabolical on wet rock, but not much is good on wet rock slabs.
stopped making them haven't they so better stock up!
