Use the old Army training Steve. Search the foreground, then the middle ground then the far ground. Shape, Shine, Shadow, Silhouette and Spacing

It's like an optical illusion, once you've spotted him, you can't believe you missed him. Spent ages looking for him and now i can't not see him!
