Sorry Jodg got to disagree with you - the worse bit is wading though the shin deep farmyard slurry just after the start/just before the end, but apart from that a top race!

I stand corrected!
Didn't mind it so much at the start (nice way to warm up, don't you think?) but by the end I was hardly aware of it as most of my senses were struggling by then.....
I agree - i was going to say this this yesterday but thought i would let some proper race reporters have thier say - but the 'foot deep cow slurry' and the wire at head height across the farmyard were my over riding memories of an otherwise really nice race! But dont let me put you off - just take your wellies with you for the 'farm section'!
I think we will arrange for the wire to be electrified this time, just to make it more interesting. Just a shame there isn't another river crossing after the slurry to wash it all off again.
or a field of feathers to run through ??? or some tyres lined up that you have to crawl through maybe!

Cheers guys
Thought I'd bounce this thread back up the top seeing as it's this weekend.
Thinking about having a go myself who else is doing it?
Yep, I'll be there, and I hear that the farmyard slurry is as good as ever.
Your both not trying to put me off are you by any chance??
