    I can give them plenty, but mostly the wrong kind!

    Pleased to see the Best Slurry debate is back again..
    Might even make it again myself....

    I'm up for this. Last year was shambolic... too little preparation, so this year want to get back to it and get a better time.

    As for the slurry and wire, I'm told it's all still there. Bring it on!

    Who else is up for it?

    I'm doing it - love this race! My avatar pic was taken at Roaches last year. Note slurry on legs. It was also in my hair.

    i wil be there slurry ,river ,shuttleings low bring it on good race do not underestimate it ,it can be a toughy

    Hi all are there cut off times for this on Sunday?
    i have just agreed to go with notonurhelly to do leg one sat so will be sore sun but would love to do this?
    Is it hard to follow are there all abilities of runner IE can i tag on to a slow one IE BGR pace?
    Going to try again....

    Looking at the last two year's results, the last ones home were around the four hour mark, so it sounds like a wide range, but bear in mind the winner takes around two hours, so the times sound a bit skewed.

    As far as I know, there's no cut off point. I too am thinking about this, mainly because my last two fell race opportunities were lost through daft incidents, but this race is way beyond what I've done before. I'm going to walk the course on Thursday and decide then.
