Here you go Rodders;

I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.
Why thank you sirHere you go Rodders;
Math ran well.Thought Gilbo might have gone a little better.
I hope Pete Norman is ok,and a DNF is down to the weather or a slight pull.He did mention entering Coed-y-brennin duathlon tomorrow as well as this ! So i'm hoping he didn't fancy the marathon hoping to do C-Y-B,and i'm hoping to see him tomorrow if this is the case.
Erno's record still intact.
Math had a stormer, with calf socks on though..Gilbo looked to be fine, he was always 100-200 yards ahead of me but then suddenly appeared 50 yards ahead of me at Waunfawr, and his legs were trashed. I think he'd not fully recovered from the Kaisermarathon, Rich and myself also suffered with our legs so I think we all had that still in our legs.
Good run by Gwyn Owen too, looks to be getting back to form.
Weather wasn't too bad, much better than last year, quite warm in places. Very occassionally we had a head wind but I doubt times were affected by more than 1-2 minutes really.
I saw Pete today for anyone who might be interested.He did about half of the race yesterday and did about half of the race today before pulling inI hope Pete Norman is ok,and a DNF is down to the weather or a slight pull.He did mention entering Coed-y-brennin duathlon tomorrow as well as this ! Full of cold but still smiling.He is running for Wales in something in a couple of weeks.(masters xc maybe)
Iain....You and Rich have had long hard seasons,not suprised you felt a little on the leggy side.Still decent times mind
How'd it go at CyB Rodders?
Totally agree that Math had a stormer, it'll be interesting to see if the S4C coverage at 21:00 tonight manages to follow him .
I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.
Word is he cut the corner descending into Llanberis..hope they show that on TV... you know what he's like :-)
Gilbo said you were on the course Fellrunner, didn't see you, apologies if I did and just blanked you.
(OK it was me who cut the corner but everyone bar Math does.. :-))
